Spiced Roasted Almonds

These almonds are coated with coconut oil and spices and roasted to make a yummy and healthy snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
  • 3 cups raw almonds
  • 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • ¾ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
  1. Toss all the ingredients in a bowl, and transfer to a flat cookie sheet. Roast in 250 degrees F oven for 1 hr, turning occasionally.
  2. Allow to cool on the pan, then store in an airtight container.
