Spiced Roasted Almonds

Serves: 3 cups
- 3 cups raw almonds
- 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- ¾ teaspoon onion powder
- ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- Toss all the ingredients in a bowl, and transfer to a flat cookie sheet. Roast in 250 degrees F oven for 1 hr, turning occasionally.
- Allow to cool on the pan, then store in an airtight container.
