Mango and pineapple sorbet

Ingredients
  • 4 cups mango, diced (3 mangoes)
  • 2 cups pineapple, diced
  • ¼ cup honey
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 Tbsp grated ginger (optional)
Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree.
  2. Pour the puree in the ice cream maker and follow instructions for your brand. (Mine churned for 30 minutes).
  3. For soft serve sorbet, it is ready to enjoy. For firmer sorbet, freeze for at least an hour.
  4. **** If you aren't using an ice cream maker, pour puree into freezer safe container and freeze for 6-8 hours. Scrape and stir halfway through.
Notes
You can adjust the amount of ginger, or omit it all together.
