Mango and pineapple sorbet

Serves: 8 servings
- 4 cups mango, diced (3 mangoes)
- 2 cups pineapple, diced
- ¼ cup honey
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 Tbsp grated ginger (optional)
- Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree.
- Pour the puree in the ice cream maker and follow instructions for your brand. (Mine churned for 30 minutes).
- For soft serve sorbet, it is ready to enjoy. For firmer sorbet, freeze for at least an hour.
- **** If you aren't using an ice cream maker, pour puree into freezer safe container and freeze for 6-8 hours. Scrape and stir halfway through.
You can adjust the amount of ginger, or omit it all together.
